Matt -ET Retro Lamps

My name is Matthew Jenkins and I live in Llanelli. I create bespoke retro/vintage lamps out of reclaimed materials such as wood, copper and slate. I’m always looking for weird and wonderful items such as blow torches, vintage carpentry tools or billy cans to turn into wonderful lamps to give them a new lease of life. My signature lamps are my favourite lamps to make. I use old vintage brass valves as the on/off switch and incorporate them into my designs. 

I’ve been making lamps for nearly 3 years. It all started by making one lamp as a Christmas gift and It inspired me. My passion is driven knowing the possibilities are endless to craft something unique you cannot find on the high street.
